Create and refactor tools for logging, monitoring, alerting, and trouble ticketing by working closely with end users to identify and resolve pain points.
Improve correlation between events and inventory to provide understanding to network
Engineering on devices and services impacted, reduce alert fatigue, and result in faster root cause analysis.
Collaborate with various engineering teams to integrate observability best practices and
Listen to feedback to improve the system.
Work with the NOC to analyze complex issues with data enrichment and alert to optimize trouble tickets and alarms to be as accurate as possible and contain the maximum amount of information available about the systems involved.
